[Legendary Edition] Expanding the world border

Many of us who play regularly have noticed two main issues recently with the server's border:

-Progression blocked: There’s a large amount of Lost eyes, which are required for opening the end portal, that are completely unobtainable due to their spawning structures being beyond said border, making it impossible to obtain them without an expansion.

-Exploration Fatigue: The active players have thoroughly explored the accessible areas, and the limited space is reducing the excitement of discovery and resource gathering.

My suggested Solution:
Increasing the world border to allow access to new biomes, structures, and the missing progression items.

• If a full expansion isn’t feasible, consider:
  • A one-time border increase (e.g., from 5k to 15k blocks).
  • Adding a custom recipe or trade for the blocked items (temporary fix).

I expanded it by an additional 2k blocks in every direction, we can come back to this in the future if more is needed. I'll have to check the world file size though.
